"...Hopefully I caught the slider."
"That was awesome - I just hit the camera with the wiffle ball." Really dude? Was it just the awesomest thing EVER? Perhaps. But allow me to drop some knowledge on you. You may or may not know but the price difference between a camera and a wiffle ball is a fairly large one. A wiffle ball costs like $2.50, a camera does not. So spend a little extra dough on a piece of plexiglass to protect the camera, alright? "Hopefully I caught the slider." Hate to break it to you but I saw little to no movement on the ball before you nearly broke the lens of your camera.

ReplyDeleteI agree with "it's free game", but c'mon! If your content is making fun of jr. highers and their videos and slider... then i think it's stupid. But, it sounds like I'm in the minority.

ReplyDeleteYou pointed out the description on our Facebook page, glad you follow us along on there. Seeing that these comments would have made more sense to post your opinion there. But then there's the ambiguity of being an anonymous commenter on a blog. I guess I could see the allure. In this respect I suppose I should say that your "opinion" or "statements" are not valid.
I did say watch how big of a failure this kid can be...what I did not say is watch how big of a failure this kid IS. Key difference there. I never called the person in this video an overall failure. Hell, even the kid in the video was amused enough to title the video "Wiffle ball fail!"
Be it that you are Peter or Anonymous, the improper use of "know" was duly noted and corrected. However, try to keep in mind that this is a BLOG and it was 7:33 AM and I went to work directly after posting this. So I'm sure you won't mind cutting me some slack.
Why can't I poke a little fun at a harmless video? Tosh.0 does this kind of thing all the time and says WAY meaner things about his subjects. Think about that.
Anyway, Peter thanks for reading this far and I hope you continue to stick around and read. I'm hoping my response to your allegations do not offend you, for that is not my aim in the least. But I felt that such statements deserved recognition and a reaction.
