Magazine

Volume I Issue 1
Witness the very first issue of Wiffler's Digest magazine. The cover story is about the world of "Performance Ehancing Bats" through the eyes of a yellow bat purist. Other articles of interest include: an exclusive interview with Aaron Kim of Blitzball, a league commissioner gives you the run down of the various duties of a "commish", we give you an update of the situation for the Old Republic Whiffle Ball League, and many other stories.

Volume I Issue 2
The second issue of the Wiffler's Digest magazine was even better than the first! The cover story was about the largest slow pitch tournament in the country - the London Wiffleball Tournament. Another associated story was about a pitch that one of our writers used (the Snow Cone) that took the tournament by storm. We went over the basics for backyard rules and gave you a brutal review of the movie Screwball: The Ted Whitfield Story. Readers also enjoyed a nice quiz that invited wifflers to find out what type of player they were. Lots of good articles!

Although this blog seems to be doing well on it's own - the original idea was for Wiffler's Digest to be a wiffleball magazine. We have embarked on making the idea of a magazine a reality and hope that you enjoy reading it. The magazine is 100% online and free to view. We still would like some more writers willing to contribute to the magazine to make publication faster in the future as it is stressful for only a couple of writers to write numerous articles to fill a magazine. So if you know what a noun and a verb is and have something to say about the game - put pen to paper and send in your article to us at wifflersdigest@gmail.com and your work just might get in the pages of one of our issues.
