A Review of Wiffle Ball : The Ultimate Guide
--- 6.5 out of 10---

If you know nothing about the sport at all then this is the book for you, as for you veterans it's a hearty dose of overkill. As far as the writing goes, it's mediocre at best. The author is the same guy who has left threatening messages on the answering machines of wiffleball commissioners who haven't signed over their soul in blood in Wiffle Ball, Inc. It's not the worst book you'll ever read but many things could have made it better.

A Review of the film: Yard Work
---10 out of 10---

If you are interested in seeing any films/documentaries about organized wiffleball then look no further than this film. Filmed and narrated by Brett Bevelacqua (commissioner of Palisades WBL) the film takes you through one man's fascination for the game. One minute he found an old wiffle ball in his garage and the next he's on the Fast Plastic circuit at tournaments and discovering the physics of wiffleball with real physicists. All of this in less than one hour. This film really displays Bevelacqua's talent for filming. It's a top notch film and a must see. You can get it for the relatively cheap price of $13 from their website.

A Review of the game: Wiffle Ball for the Nintendo DS
--- 7 out of 10 ---
Wifflers have seen this game & watered at the mouth only to be let down by this somewhat disappointing game. Ever play the Wiffle Ball game on Nabisco World? If you have then you shouldn't buy this game unless you enjoy collecting wiffleball memorabilia. It's a pretty fun game at times but the game lacks depth and you can't help but feel cheated at how the game is really no different than the online version. The good news is you can get it for like .99 cents used on Amazon.

A Review of the book: Backyard Ball
--- 8 out of 10 ---
Overall this book is rather boring but not totally useless. If you get this book intending to start your own league with the bare essentials then this book isn't for you. But if you have an interest in building your own wiffleball stadium then this is a must read. The book is a bit choppy and not much catches the eye. It's a bit annoying as he plugs his previous business ventures throughout the book and it's hard to overlook that. But if you must have to have a book about wiffleball then it pains me to say that you'd better look into Wiffleball: The Ultimate Guide. However, a few people on Amazon seem to be pleased with this book.
